At ThinkEngine, we’ve always believed that growth and change are essential ingredients for innovation and success. This year has certainly been no exception to this so far. From welcoming new recruits to our talented team, to moving into a stunning new office space, and hosting our ThinkEngine Live event at St Mary’s stadium, it’s certainly been an exciting few months here for the business.
Meet the Newest Members of the Team
We’re excited to introduce two new additions to our team here at ThinkEngine: Tom & Emma who are both graduates from Southampton Solent University.
Tom is our new Digital Marketing Executive, with a creative background in media production and a master’s degree in digital marketing management from Bournemouth University. Tom’s blend of creative and strategic insight enables him to effectively contribute across various digital marketing initiatives and client projects.
Emma joins us as our Website & Design Executive, having graduated with a degree in Graphic Design with top honours. Emma’s wealth of creative knowledge and technical design skills will no doubt add new perspective and value to our team and clients.
Both Tom and Emma are eager to dive in, learn from our talented team and make an impact in their roles.
Our New Office Space
We’re also excited to share that we have recently moved into a new office space, marking a significant milestone in ThinkEngine’s journey. Our new home is a stunning purpose-built space on a former dairy farm, nestled in the heart of the Hampshire countryside. We’ve already began settling in, and we look forward to welcoming our team, clients, partners and stakeholders to the new space.

ThinkEngine Live Event
We recently had the privilege of hosting our ThinkEngine Live event at St Mary's Stadium in Southampton. It was a great opportunity to connect with our clients, partners, and colleagues, share insights, and explore new opportunities for growth. The afternoon included a pitch-side reception, a behind-the-scenes stadium tour, and a presentation from our managing director, Ben Michaelis, who spoke on topics such as AI, productivity, and No-code, followed by an engaging Q&A with Paul Stacey – Director of Hub Accountants. As well as the main event, there was also plenty of time for connecting, networking, and meaningful conversation, making it a valuable experience for those who attended.

We’re incredibly proud of how the event turned out and are grateful to everyone who joined us! We look forward to future gatherings that will continue to drive innovation and inspiration, all while building relationships, sharing knowledge and exploring news way of moving forwards together.
Looking Ahead
As we look to the future, we are filled with optimism for the possibilities that lie ahead. With our new team members, our fantastic new office space and events like ThinkEngine Live, we are now more committed than ever to delivering exceptional result and fostering a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
The next chapter is unfolding, and we can’t wait to see where it takes us!
